Michael DavidPERRYMick on 29th June 2019 passed away peacefully at Blackpool Victoria Hospital and of Slaithwaite aged 80 years. Husband of the late Irene. Much loved Dad of David also a dear Grandad and Brother. Funeral service takes place on Wednesday 17th July at Huddersfield Crematorium 3.15pm. By request family flowers only please.
